I am using a MSI RX300HM-TD128E 128MB DDR2 video card. I am also using a Abit M2V Mobo, an AMD 3500+ and have a gig of RAM. I am using the most recently downloaded drivers from the manufacture's web site, and I uninstalled the previous video card's drivers, as well as running Driver Cleaner Pro and a registry cleaner to ensure the programs were removed before installing the new drivers. Scrolling on webpages, etc. seems to be fine. I also occassionally freeze, and I believe this is also the video card because I get no error messages from Windows upon rebooting. HELP!

Sounds like a hardware or driver conflict, those can be hard to track down, you will probably want to have a professional look at it.
