USB Port Down!!!?
Is nearby Usb Ports available in the open market that I can buy and replace ...
My understanding is that the USB ports are directly connected to the Motherboard and hence would enjoy to give the motherboard for servicing( one odds I am not looking foreward to)..
Please could someone tell me what i should do in a minute?

If you have another working USB port on your computer, you can achieve a USB hub and plug into it; it's sort of like a power strip for USB - it take one output and converts it to many outputs, only just as an electrical power strip takes a single outlet and converts it to heaps outlets; it just carry USB information instead of electricity. You should be able to seize one at Tiger Direct or a similar company, or at a computer hardware retailer near where on earth you live.
If you have no other working USB ports (not expected, but possible), then you will probably enjoy to put a USB card on your motherboard, but chances are that you of late have a tatty port, and the hub will work just fine.
at hand are USB cards (pci cards, with usually 4 or 5 usb ports) that simply plug into your motherboard. VERY simple to install.

is you still have on usb port specifically still working use this one and buy a USB hub less than 10dollars.. you obtain like 5 more usb ports.
Depends, if it's a front USB port it will be on a cable but if it's at the flipside it probably is on the MoBo. He has most feasible just bent 1 of the connectors. You want to unplug the PC and try to straighten the bent contact(s). If that fails you can buy a PCI USB card, it basically plugs in to a spare socket and will make a contribution you another 4-6 USB ports.
hey dude.. u could bye a usb hub..usb hub comes with usb port connector as in good health as a comm port connector... the hub has 8, 4 , 2 usb ports..
