My Internet Explorer is currently running with add-ons disabled. How can I turn on the add-ons?

Go to Tools>Manage Add-Ons>Enable or Disable Add-Ons.
If you want to find out more information regarding add-ons, click on help, contents and index, and type in the keyword: add-ons and it will tell you ALL about add ons. It has 2 files you can read.
