How do I know what kind of RAM my computer needs?

I have a Dell Dimension 4550 and I'm looking to upgrade my ram. I know that I need either DDR 266 (PC 2100) or DDR 333 (PC 2700), but I have no idea which one I need. If you know how I can find out, please let me know.

333-MHz DDR SDRAM DIMM 184-pin , 333 MHz ( PC2700 ) Memory ...2 gig max .
if the comp is only 3 yrs old tops, it'll probably take DDR
Older will take SD. The new
RAM will match the exsisting stick perfectly.
Some memory suppliers have a search on their website so you can find exactly the right RAM for your computer's make and model. I know that http://www.crucial.com/ does at least.

Also, if you go to Dell's support website, you should be able to check.
If you happen to have the owner's manual, it will tell you the information that you need. Most of them will list the exact specifications of the RAM needed to upgrade your computer.
