Problems with my RAM?

I will start up with both modules and then freeze within about 15 minutes of running.
My Computer is a - Compaq Pavilion 506x Desktop/PC
Crucial.com Link (For Specs on RAM that fit in my PC)- http://www.crucial.com/store/mpartspecs.
If I only put one stick in it will work.
I have tried both sticks of memory separately and they both work
I also tried each stick in each slot on the mobo
Currently I have one stick of 512 and the old stick of 265 and it is working fine with no problems.
It only freezes when I have both Sticks of 512 in the mobo
the timing on both sticks are 3-3-3-8 ( im not sure if that matters)

Contact the supplier and complain, if there is a timing issue on one of the sticks they should replace it.
Make sure your ram has the same amount of memory
I have a 521c and i have the same problem and truthfully i dont think that it would make much of a difference with 256 more
