Ac to phone adaptor?

anyone know of one thats not a $50 2 base one?

is there one that just plugs into a ac outlet and gives a phone jack(only need phone usage, dont need data/computer high speed one) and that i dont need more then 1 of to make work?

Every Phone adapter I checked on requires a high speed connection. I have not found one yet, but will let you know when I do.
