Desktop pc?

Well this morning while i was on the computer it was working just fine as every other day like usual,I went & took a nap few hrs later sister came in & ask can she used the computer since she needs the password to log in.I say okay so she tried to turn it on but it didn't work. Check the wires switch wires still didn't work. What can be the problem? Can i get it fix without bringing it to the shop?.Everything is plugged in the surge strip, the computer cords plugs. The back of the computer light is on but when i push the power button to turn on ..the light in the back turns off.

Looks like a fault with the SMPS. Or is it just a loose contact of the monitor?? Make sure your monitor cords are connected properly. Also plug all the cables tightly and turn the machine on. If that still doesnt rsolve it then I am afraid it has to be taken to the shop.
