Custom made Mac?

Hi, im wondering if you can make a mac by yourself. For example, i have:

Pentium D 3.2 GHz
Geforce 6800GS
2 GB RAM
500 GB SATA HD
Windows XP 2005 Media Center

It's made by Gateway. If i was to simply replace my CPU with an Intel Core 2 duo, would i be able to run Macintosh 10.4 on it?

Here are the requirements for OS 10.4. You need a G processor. Mac sucks for these reasons.

Mac OS X Version 10.4 requires a Macintosh with:
PowerPC G3, G4, or G5 processor
Built-in FireWire
At least 256MB of physical RAM
A built-in display or a display connected to an Apple-supplied video card supported by your computer
At least 3.0 GB of available space on your hard drive; 4GB of disk space if you install XCode 2 developer tools
DVD drive for installation (get CD media for $9.95)
