Is Mac 10.4 good?

The current version of MacOs X is 10.4.10. It is extremely good and stable, virus, malware and adware free. The new version out in October will be 10.5 and will have some new refinements.
..? Please elaborate. OSX is good for Video editing, I would recommend a PC for everything else.
Yes Mac OS 10.4 is GOOD but I think you should buy Apple Mac OS X because OS X is easier to use and Mac OS is not that popular as OS X.
