HELP! I want to buy a Dell 521 computer. How do I transfer my files over from the old 2002 Dell? Thanks.?

Hi! Please I need your tech help with this. Please explain this to me like I am a kindergarten student. Thank you.

Answers:
Get a external hard disc drive OR
connect USB to USB the new computer, OR
Use MSN to transfer files (you need two MSN accounts) through a router modem.
From the new computer click [Start]
then click [All Programs]
then click [Accessories]
then click [System Tools]
then click [Files and Setting Transfer Wizard]
then just follow the instruction to complete the file and setting transfter
