What is the graphics card for a Dell Dimension 3000?

Well fella's. I did it again. I restarted Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2.Its a fresh copy, and this time. I did it correctly, I deleted all my partitions. Everything is okay but two things.

1 My windows are laggy
2 Sound doesnt work

Now, I had this problem before and I fixed it. But I cant seem to fix it again.
I am 100% positive it is my video driver as it was before.
I went to see my harddrives installed and I could not see my
graphics card. I clicked on each one of the drives to see if they need updating but not a single one needed it.

I need to know what my standerd Dell Dimension 3000
video card driver is and my standerd Audio driver is also.
And if possible a link to were to download them. Thanks alot.

Answers:
This computer has integrated video, and sound.
Your sound driver should be AC97,and your graphic is by Intel.
Search for both on the web,or use your restore disk.
Have you checked Device Manager for any yellow exclamation marks?
Are you sure, you enabled onboard sound, and video in your Bios?
If you have a PCI sound card lying around, try installing that, but you must be sure,to disable on-board sound,if you install it.
Can't use both at the same time.
I hope this helps.
