i personally dislike vista since i have read about it before getting it and alot of people say that it is really slow and cant take as much as windows XP
i am now starting to use linux trying it out to see if it works better than windows and up till now it has only amazed me

good luck Amir
I'm not sure if 256 ram is enough. You don't want Vista anyway-it SUCKS!
Go to the windows vista website. They have a program you can download to see if your computer is compatible, or it tells you what you need to change on your computer.
Sounds good if you intend to use it for normal use. If you want it for gaming though, I'd recommend 2 GB of RAM and at least a 3 GHz processor.
No not enough Ram System Requires 512meg of Ram Minimum

You could...But why? Windows XP consumes alot less resources, and I believe is much more stable.
Yes it will run on what you have, and 1 Gig of Memory is plenty, the Graphics Card is good to go, Processor is good, Hard Drive is Plenty.. Go for it.
