It is going to be up to you in the end but here is info on the Celeron.
Based on an architecture designed specifically for mobile computing, the Intel Celeron M delivers a balanced level of mobile processor technology and exceptional value for sleeker, lighter laptop designs. Celeron is a brand name given by Intel Corp. to a large number of different x86 microprocessor models that they produced and marketed as a budget/value CPU line. These processors are suitable for most applications, but their performance is somewhat limited when it comes to running intense applications, such as cutting edge games or graphical modeling programs, as compared to that of their high-end counterparts.
There is a data sheet at http://www.mtcusa.com/celeron_m_datashee... to look at.
