How to restore my computer?
I want to restore my pc to previous restore point, is this the correct way, pls advice, cause I tried to scan my pc again for viruses but nothing was found. so I think I will need to restore my pc, but I cant even do that, I went to start >all prog>acc>system restore to do that but it did not work it became unknow, how can i restore my pc pls now, is there any other way. thanks.

Did you actally make a restore point if not it won't work it will be the same after it had done. You can try it though if you like but you will find that i am right.
try last known good configuration
Try accessing System Restore via the Control Panel.
Control Panel > Performance and Maintenance > System Restore (tab in the upper left-hand corner, under "See Also").
I hope this helps.
Before doing this, though, you might just try rebooting in Safe Mode. Once the reboot is complete, just reboot the system again. It will then be back in normal mode once the reboot completes. This may clear the problem without you having to back up to a previous restore point.
