Anyone have a horror story to share about their dealings with Hell... I mean Dell?

I've been trying to get my computer fixed for 2 1/2 weeks and counting.

Answers:
i had to get ugly with dell. the techie wouldn't help me so i told them

"let me talk to your supervisor!"

that seem to clear alot of issues up
You mean trying to get a computer built to my specs and they told me I can't get a 80 geg hard drive?
I told them to go take a hike and went locally and had one built for me a lot cheaper and better than Dell.
Go to your State's Attorney General's Office and complain to the Consumer Protection Board.
My dell laptop is great, in 3 years the only thing that has happened is dvd drive died last week but that is good life for a thrashed dvd burner ;)
Just two days ago, my network adpotor quit. I went online to chatted with help support. I knew what was wrong with it to begin with, it was bad, but I wanted them to go though and tell me it was and let them handle it. It was very agervating because they kept disconnecting and I went to a new person 5 times. I finally found someone that knew what he was doing and after he did some driver installs he finnally said it needs to be worked on. So they sent me a box next day air, and its in the mail. It just needs to be replaced, and hopefully will get in back within 2 weeks.
I bought a digital camera from them, they said the item was going to be shipped a week after I ordered it. They took 2 months, I canceled the order and went to the store and bought one instead. Their customer service is useless, they have people in India answering your questions.

Never buy from Hell, I mean Dell.
I've had great experiences with Dell, despite the slight language barrier with Tech Support. They have fixed every issue that has come up with my last two laptops.
