I have The Abit Fatal1ty F-190 HD
runing at 800 fsb with 2.0v goin to memory

can I run both or is it better to sick with one or the other? Both duel channel

It looks like the Ocz with Dual 1GB would be better overall in computing. Try not to go with a Single, since the price increase for the .5% increase in performance is outragous!(However you spell it!) 8600 Is also better.
Go with the OcZ. and go with the 8600
