Are there any PC manufacturers who have...?

A help desk located in the U.S.A.? I am so sick of calling Dell and reaching India or Pakistan, I am considering never purchasing Dell again.

Dell does have help desk services in America. If you bought your computer from the Small Business store you would get tech support from their Texas call center. Otherwise, the only company that I know of is Apple, and they have great tech support based in America.
Dell is crap, technical support? I don't need technical support since I managed to built my own PC and managed to maintain it for years.
Apple is good, but pricey to be true.
