My computer restarts for no apparent reason?

My computer restarts for no apparent reason, mostly when I try to run some software such as Photoshop and other times randomly. Sometimes when it restarts, it will keep going nonstop before Windows even starts up. It restarts in safe mode and once in a while when it's starting up it gives me a message saying I should insert a CD and press R to fix or something (sorry, I don't remember the message exactly). I received a few errors. Here are some of them:

stop 0x0000008e (0xc0000005, 0x805BF582, 0xF769D8A4, 0x000000000)

Yeah, sounds like corrupted RAM. The easiest way to experiment with this is (if you're using multiple sticks of RAM) to take out each stick, and just try one by itself. Try different RAM slots too, as the slot itself can also become corrupted.

If that fails to work as well, just run Memtest (see source for link.) It works rather like installing Windows XP, and can be booted off a floppy or (I believe, I'm not 100%) a blank CD-R.

All in all, it sounds like you're just going to have to invest in a new stick or two of RAM.
Sounds like your having ram failure...

Try downloading...memtest and see if theres problems.
I had some issues like this before and found out that the hard drive was taking a dump when trying to access that portion of the platter where the info being access was located at. Memory could also be causing this issue so check there.
From what I've seen...it's an error with your RAM.

Since you didn't post any system specs, I'd say to take out RAM until it stops happening.

Then just try different sticks until you find the one(s) that are bad.
This problem may be caused by Zone Alarm's Firewall Software (VSDATANT.SYS). Zone Alarm's Firewall Software (VSDATANT.SYS) was created by Zone Labs, Inc. Try stopping the service and try running photoshop to see if it happens.
Ram problem or CPU heat problem...first dust out your computer w/ a vacumm, or an air compressor...if that doesn;t work, try the suggested ram tester, if it finds an issue/problem consider replacing it w/ a new stick of ram...or it could be time to get you a new computer, if you have the money...
that looks like RAM, get memtest 86 and let it run over night
( you can get the UBCD (ultimate boot cd) that has memtest 86 on it from www.softpedia.org)
