Extremely Old Computer!!?

Hello. My problem is that I have an exteremely old computer. This is what I know about it (I clicked "my computer"). It is a:

Intel Pentium III processor 498 MHz, 384 MB of RAM


Is my computer too old and should I get a new one? If so, does anyone know where I can get a *cheap* better computer from, or what kind of computer I should get?

What is too old?

I would say a computer is too old if you can't do on it the things you want to do.

Do you just want to send emails and surf the net? Then your present computer will be fine. Do you want to play multiplayer games? Then you will have to get a very fast computer with a good graphics card.
