i have a dell computer. i bought it less than a month, and i just downgrade window vista to window xp pro. after i install window xp, my monitor begin shaky. and the audio don't work. i check the device manager, and is say error 28.

You will have to download the drivers. Insert your motherboard disk and download the drivers, or go to your manufactures website and download them(audio, video, etc), you might have to upgrade the drivers as well.
well check 4 windows updateds and install them same thing happened 2 me
Did you format first? Or just delete vista and reinstall xp over the top of it. You have to format first or you computer will not work
