I checked the volume and all of them are cranked up. But the sound is still way low! I already went to the bottom right icon for the volume and checked it. Whats wrong?

The volume control on your tray is not the max it can go to. Go to
start > control panel > Sounds, speeches, etc. > top left bar has "Advanced Volume Controls" > maximize everything to your liking.
That is for windows xp.
Check that your speakers are also maxed out. Also upgrade your drivers.
Plug in some other speakers and test that out. It may be your current speakers.
