Is there anywhere on the computer where I can find out exactly what kind of memory I have.?

I broke down and bought me a Dell and when upgrading the memory I would like to get the same kind. The Dell website offers PC2-5300 / 667 MHz but is there anywhere I can go on my computer that would tell this information

Answers:
Download and run/install one of the following programs and they can give you comprehensive information on your memory or any other component of your PC:

http://www.cpuid.com/pcwizard.php...
http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html...
http://www3.sympatico.ca/gtopala/about_s...
click start, run
and type dxdiag
Very easy, go to www.crucial.com, and do the memory test thing.
just open up your computer, take out the memory and read the little sticker on it
It depends on how new your computer is. If it is really new, this tool will not work. Otherwise try this:

Note it is no longer supported by the company who made it.
find out here
http://www.4allmemory.com/
it will tell you what kind you have how many open slots you have and the price of that ram
