Will this PC run Crysis?

This is a PC I'm probally going to order. I just want to know if it will run Crysis with no lag. Low, Medium, high, it doesn't really matter. Here is the pc. (Link Below)

It has a Geforce 8500 GT and a dual core processor.I have XP so I can only run it on DX9 of course. So will it run Crysis? Will it run Command and Conquer 3, Battlefield 2, Battlefield 2142, Ghost Recon Advance War Fighter 1 and 2, Supreme Commander, Need for Speed Pro, and GTA IV with no lag too? (So many games lol) I am on a budget so that's why I'm getting this pc. I don't want to save more money I'm too unpatient. But is there any PC for sale online or outside that is cheap ($750 & under) and better than this one? Thanks if you can answer!

where are you people getting your info from? Crysis will have a directx9 version for xp and a directx 10 for vista owners. and this is info i heard with my own ears from e3 footage so its not incorrect.

btw. you should kick that 8500 gt and replace it with something like a geforce 7900 or a radeon 1950. Each card is around $200.
NO. Crysis is for windows Vista only. Sorry.
just upgrade to Vista, your graphics are ok.
Yep, nice PC for the money.

There is no program that is JUST for Vista, check PC World or PC Magazine for details.
Hell Yea its gonna run crysis
Due to the fact that the video card is a 8500, nope. No matter what the other components are, an 8500 will NOT run Crysis, and will hardly be able to run the other games. In order to judge, you usually look at the second digit of the series. IE: a 6800 GT is better than a 7300 GT. Although it is series 8, it is not as good as a 6600, which is why the price is so low. If you want to run Crysis, you are going to need at LEAST a 7800GTX (minimum is a 6600GT, although this will create much lag, and low graphics.) Good news is the RAM is good. Otherwise, the graphics card is severely pushing it -- very little chance that a 256 card will run Crysis. Try to go for an 8800GTS if you are going for a budget card to run Crysis.

Sorry to rain on your parade, mate.

And for everyone else: Everything that you have seen as far as Crysis goes, (excluding the newly released comparison trailer) IS ALL IN DX9. The GAME WORKS WITH XP. Crytek isnt stupid -- they know not many gamers want Vista, and it would be a very bad idea to make it a vista exclusive. The Dx9 version looks almost identical as well -- because most "features" developed for Dx10 are already being developed for Dx9. So note to all: XP ISN'T OBSOLETE AND IT WON'T BE FOR A WHILE!
I am not certain, I did not read PCworld, but the last time I looked Crysis was DX10 only which means Vista only, but Iguess there are always hacks.
definitely not. not even the 8600gt or gts would be able to run it "smoothly". the 8600gts would run it med- high, but at frames no more than 30 fps. the 7900gs beats that cheap 8500gt big time. get a 7950 gt if youre not worried about dx10. if yuo want, i could sell you my 7950gt for 125 bucks, where on newegg, its 230. best dx9 card out there. :) 7950gt would handle it well, 8600gt/gts handles it OKAY, 8800gts very well, gtx= ultra well, ultra= ultra well xs 2. dont ever get 8500/8600gts. :) thank you
