How do i find the model number on my computer?

i know its on the computer but someone took off the sticker and i know theres a way you can look it up on your computer on your hardrive but i dont know what file or where to go from there can anyone help me?

Try going to Start, rick click on My Computer, and select Properties. Companies like Dell will commonly list the model there. :)
Go to start / accessories /system tools / system information. Should bring up an info box with that info. .
run a program call Belarc free download, just google it
Go to CPUID.com, and download a little program called CPU-Z. It'll tell you everything inside your computer plus the model no.
if u want to know all the information avalible on your computers processor look up a program called cpuz on yahoo
