I keep getting an error message?
Then I get the "blue screen of death" How do I fix this? It happens everyday ten times a day it's EXTREAMLY annoying
Answers:
Change your power management settings from going into standby to using screensaver or just turning off the monitor.
Your hardware configuration doesn't support standby mode.
You can make the change by going to the screensaver selection window and clicking the power management button. From there, you will find a drop-down box that states how many idle minutes should pass before going into standby and hibernation. Select "do not standby".
uninstall it and the problem should stop.
Simply Run scan disk and disk defrag if that dont happen contact me
You'll have to choose - Modem or standby
Do you use the modem? If not - go to device manager and uninstall it, open the computer case and remove it from the computer.
If you use the modem then you'll have to turn off standby.
Right click desktop and click properties, Screen saver tab. click power Management.
I doubt this will work but worth a try: Go to the manufactures website, download drivers and install them.
Try Ambers method first If that doesnt work do this . Control panel/ system/ hard ware devices/ click each device in the tree to expand the branches / when you find your device s' in conflict disable all devices in conflict/ disable modem / uninstall the pci card physically: if it is not an add on card diabling should be enough to stop your problem. Buy a card that is microsft certified for your operating system.
