and i am using:
Intel(R) 82865G Graphics Controller
In Game:
fps_max 150
cl_updaterate 20
cl_cmdrate 30
cl_smooth 0
I am getting 0-5 Choke
and 0-5 loss
but my ping goes up to 800
In: 60-100
Out: 60-80
please help

i would guess its in ur connection not ur pc ...
It could be an issue on your end. What resolutions are you running the game in? Without a dedicated video card and a Celeron processor, it could be your system that is causing the problem due to poor game performance.
video card, thats all. how can play game with on board video card.
The lag is caused by your integrated graphic card

First, Upgrade your graphics card to the GeForce 8600GT EVGA Superclocked 256MB, its abit pricy but itll get where you want to go. Secondly, try lowering all your graphics at the options screen
