How do I know what motherboard I have in my PC?
Answers:
Open the case. On the motherboad it will have the name of the manufacturer and the model number.
Its going to be something like DP965LTCK or maybe something easier like P5B or P5K.

Easiest most certain way is to download SiSandra will tell you everything about your computer in great detail, should say the manufacturer among other things.

right click on my computer icon and then goto properites
Try to boot up your system then hit "pause break" button when it start.It will show you the name and model of your motherboard.
Download belarcadvisor from www.belarcadvisor.com and run it. It will tell everything that u wanted to know about your PC.
Open the case up and have a look, most motherboard companies are usually happy to slap their name all over the board.
You'll probably want to take off the left panel of your PC (looking at it from the front).
Other than that try SiSandra or BellArcAdvisor, they're great diagnostic tools that will tell you all sorts of good things about your PC.

Download CPU-Z, Its free and iit will automaticly detect and tell you what the name of your motherboard is.
Its only like a meg or two...

try looking on the motherboard it is probably written on it
also run system information this will also tell you
to run system info right click on nfo or wordpad file and select "open with"" system information"
