How fast can i overclock my system?

i have a pentium D830 3.0ghz 800 fsb, kingston ddr2 667mhz 5.5.5.15.20, ecs n force 4 570 sli v5.1, evga geforce 7600gs ddr2 400mhz? 700mhz?, maxtor 160 gb hdd, artic freezer 7 pro cpu cooler maxed out on case fans

In your Bios, slowly increase the setting untill your system won't boot into windows, or freezes, then go back 1 notch. or ... download nvtuner from www.nvidia.com
if you have to ask you really shouldnt do it, overclocking causes massive amounts of heat to be produced from the cpus and powersupply, a retail cpu or mobo isnt even overclockable. overclocking causes magor unstability issues, that can even completly destroy your rig. overclocking is only moderately safe if you use liquid cooling, even then the heat draw is massive. my opinion?, don't do it, get a better processor for your rig and run a stable system.
