My computer is making a real loud sound it kinda sounds like a small vacum?

Sounds to me like you need to clean out the inside of your pc, especially the heat sink because the noise you are hearing is the fan kicking in to overtime, because of the heat.
have you cleaned it?
check your cooling fan, when that goes it is common for it to make noise, and if it does not get fixed, well the computer over heats and get be permenently damaged/ruined
Sounds more like a ventilation problem to me. Open up the computer, and blow all of the dust out. Make sure that nothing is obstructing the fan or vent. Also, make sure that the area of the computer allows air circulation around the machine.

Hunny, there is no way to fix it, its the fan that keeps your computer from over heating.play some music to direct your attention somewhere else.

I'm not a computer wiz, but sometimes mine does that too at times. Usually it's the fans running in the tower keeping it cooled. Keeping the vents on it cleaned of dust helps, and closing extra programs that are running in the background...Try running disc defragmenter etc...
