If I put the computer to sleep, it wakes by itself. If i set the computer to sleep in 1 min. It only sleeps 1 min and then it wakes for one min and then it goes to sleep again without touch anything. the mouse is not the promble. Windows Vista home premium.

Check your network card's settings, if you are on a DSL/Cable modem it might have a setting called
"Wake up on LAN" checked, if so un check this. It "wakes up" your computer whenever the NIC recieves a network packet. If not, than check windows update for a hot fix.
