i cant run it on my computer, i own a dell dimension 4400 with a dvd burner, and a cd burner/ dvd player, 2 80 see hard drives, and an intel pentium 4 1.6 GHz processor, when i put the viosta dvd contained by it says 'your computer cannot run this text of the operating system' i need relief i paid 180$ for this and cant go and get a refund, serve please!

Vista Ultimate x64 is the 64 bit version of the OS and requires a 64 bit processor. Intel pentium 4's are not 64 bit, the solitary thing you can do immediately is get a different motherboard next to either an Intel Pentium D or AMD 64 processor. I hope this help.
