Hey, i turned my computer on today and all that worked was the fan, no other loading sounds whatsover, no input on the monitor and the numbers 1,3 and 4 were displayed on dell's front displayed which denotes problems, after about 10 seconds the numbers changed to 2 and 4. But i dont know what the numbers corespond to, can anyone help? its a Dell:Dimensions 5150

Most likely that you have mother-board problem, getting it to Dell workshop or a computer hardware repair workshop is the best way
The error means that the video subsystem error. Some failure with the video card.It may be due to the failure of card or faulty drivers.Best is to ring Dell for support and quote the light status.
