They are same graphic cards with different manufacturers, and both on overpriced stores. Go to http://www.newegg.com/product/productlis... and you will see what I mean. This graphic card is pretty crappy one by the way.

If you want a card that support direct x 10 DONT get anything less then a 8600, this is because anything less then that will support direct x 10, but it might not be powerfull enough for the latest games.
The 7500s are more powerful then the 8500s
