Which Is most important when buying a computer ?
I need a good computer that have fast response good graphic card, smoothing work( like without lagged) I need all of those thing but i don't know which is those expectation do i look for processor speed, CPU speed Bus processor ... or what I don't need memory alot cause i only need about 100GB or more so what should i expect on a computer to get a fast computer

This might sound weird, but start with a huge power supply (like 600w) This way you can expand with more advanced cards and processors without blowing out your computer. Next get a good mother board (I recommend ASUS) then go for a good processor. Don't forget to have adequate cooling systems. Finally concentrate on the 'extras.' Get as good a video card as you can with the money left over, as well as at least 2GB of RAM. In the future, or right now if you have the money, you can get a better video card and sound card, and more RAM. It's much easier to replace those than a motherboard, which is why I started with that.

Lag can be your internet speed/connection so check research that too it does make a difference
