Whats wrong with my computer?! Help me!?!?
Answers:
If you still have the operating disk, and the driver disks.
Before you go and buy a new PC, just try and erase the whole hard drive and put the operating system on it again.
Then you'll have an OS with nothing on, download and install your core programs, and it should be quicker, no virus' from before will be on it, no rubbish files you dont need will be on it, and none of the unessecery disk wasting space will be used.
Then if it is still slow, then yea, i agree.. get a new pc.
have you ever ever ever done any housekeeping on the thing?
go to tools, options and clear cookies, cache, temp files, then go to accesories in all programs and use the defrag etc..set up scheduled maintenance.

Sounds like you have the right idea . . . . buy a new one.
Have you emptied the recycle bin. Reduce the amount of programs running at start up like MS Word or IE7 or messenger program. Get the idea.
Try a degrag. Then if it's still slow try upgrading your memory (RAM) to atleast 256 MB.
What kind of computer? What operating system? How big is the hard drive?
