What is the min configuration i need for a computer to surf the internet? Also where should I buy it?

I really don't know what you are asking. Do you mean the providers and routers? If so, you should get DSL, and if you have upto 4 computers in your home, you should get a Linksys router. Now, if you are asking about what hardware you should get, you dont need any specific peice of equipmentto surf the web. All you need is a computer, interent, and Internet Explorer.
