How do i stop the computer lover from running broad get underway?

Well you can't stop the supporter unless you turn the computer off. My hanger-on gets noisey when the antivirus program is scan my computer or if too many programs are running. The enthusiast speeds up when your computer is working on stuff.
i dont think is the fan that u are listenin ,try pullin out the cd`s from drives and tell me if the fan still make sounds.anyhow ,fan are not meant 2 stop while the workstation is workin.
