Apple mac mini vs my current computer, which is better?

im thinking of getting a computer for a short residence period and afterwards handing it down to my sister after i budge to college. i was thinking of getting a mac mini, something i could use for one year, and after giving it to my lil sister who'll be in middle academy next year. so what would be better, staying next to my current computer (3yrs old, may hold been infected beside a virus but removed) or a mac mini, or any other computer.

I bought a MAC mini for my Dad because he was other complaining about how zilch worked on his PC. He loves it! He could use his PC monitor and wireless keyboard and the footprint is so small. He be a PC person, former programmer but he have never enjoyed working on the computer because of adjectives the crap and crashes. He never complains about his computer anymore, purely wonders at all the amazing things it can do.
Udate your antivirus and scan your coputer contained by safe mode. After you remove virus, I recommend you use firefox browser. It is safer than IE. It can prevent virus such as worm,trojan and etc. The newest officer edition of firefox can be downloaded from http://www.mollzia.com
