sound like you deleted a windows file, if you're running XP, go to start, programs, accessories, system tools, system restore. click on restore to an earlier time. select the point right before you got the virus. then rerun your anti-virus.
use this option to find errors "sfc /scannow" type in the "run" command.
There are a number of things that could be causing your computer to run slowly. Spyware, a virus, low ram, why don't you check out for those. Also you can defrag your hardrive every other day, that tends to speed things up.
Try to fix this issue by reinstalling windows with the 'R' key (repair) from the original disc (if you have it). This should reinstall all the system 32 files that are missing.
Go and try a system restore next.
You are the worst virus LOL!!!!! If you are opening file you didn't create NEVER save changes. It adds characters to the end of the file. Then they don't work. You need your Windows disk run setup option R repair. You will have to download all updates again
From your question it seems that your PC is suffering from many problems. This could be because of deletion of system files/important registry files/driver files.
It is very difficult or next to impossible to restore the PC to absolute normal under such circumstances.
I would advice you to reload the operating system on your PC and while installing the OS, do not forget to format particular drive on which you are installing OS.
Udate your antivirus and scan your coputer in safe mode. After you remove virus, I recommend you use firefox browser. It is safer than IE. It can prevent viruses such as worm, trojan and etc. The newest official edition of firefox can be downloaded from http://www.mollzia.com
