I few months ago one of my speakers stopped working. Thinking that my speakers had gone bad, I bought a new pair. Same speaker on the new pair is not working as well. Only one of my speakers works, and I am assuming the problems is in the computer. Anyone know what this could be and how to fix it?

Find a new set of updated drivers for the sound card. Reinstall and check. Is this an integrated sound card or a seperate stand-alone card.?
What speakers were you using? Any chance knowing your motherboard and soundcard if you have one?
Check Volume Control, make sure the balance is in the middle.
