It appears fine. I would probably get a better case if you are concerned about it though. That one only comes with the 120mm and 80mm stock fans. It does at least have the plexy side casing so you can always take that off if heat becomes an issue. Otherwise, you could cut ventilation holes in the plexiglass and mount a couple of side fans that would blow cool air directly onto the CPU & GPU (never a bad idea really). You might be able to add a PCI fan next to the SLI too if you really want to alleviate heat.
Look at the links for good cooling. You will want a cpu fan and a better case that has more fans in it.
Its cooling looks fine to me, i ran my comp with just 1 90mm fan and it was sufficient, but i did notice a difference when i upgraded.
Overall, not bad at all.

The case fans are 80mm front and 120mm rear, not bad. If things do get a bit too warm you might consider something like an Antec Super Cyclone Blower* for additional cooling. It does, however, take up two of the rear slot positions, but a possible option; especially if you decide to go with dual PCI-e video cards later.

The EVGA video card has a rear exhaust vent which helps dissipate heat to outside of the case. That's a nice design feature.

I especially like the fact that you chose a good PSU; one with a MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure) of >100,000 Hours and two 80mm fans. The PSU is too often chosen as an afterthought and given little consideration until they fail.
