How would I go about cleaning the memory from my pc without deleting everything?? Is that even possible??

There's several things you can do:
1. empty the Recycle bin
2. run Disk Clean up
3. uninstall unneeded programs in Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs
4. delete all but the most recent restore point
5. run RegClean to clean up the registry
None of these things will disturb your saved files, such as music, pix, etc

yeah it's called de-fragment. it'll be somewhere in your controll panell. i dont know what brand computer you have. but on any comp it's called defragment. look it up on google how to de-frag your computer [fitting whatever model you have]
