Answers:
nice for lowend gamer
why get 4 gigs of ram vista and xp will say its 3gigs
except in 64bit os and programs dont run as well
That is a good system except the Vista operating system. XP is better, but you can change that once you get the machine if the dealer will not change it for you. for high-end gaming, you might want to double the RAM too.
Well it seems ok, but I don't see why you would get the 8600
if you know you want the 8800. Seems like you will be wasting the $115 for it when you could be putting that money towards a better card.
As far as more memory , Vista and 64bit O/S, I have 4 gb on my pc with Vista x64 and the only problem I had was with Nvidia drivers (but that was with 2 cards in SLI, now I use 1 8800gts)
Get Xp used the saved money to get a 8800 gts(if you really must have vista don't buy ultimate its a waste of money)
If your spending 800 bucks I don't think that counts as a good value low end.
or you could also get a lesser C2d for half as much and OC until it is as fast or faster than the e6750 if you don't have the funds for a 8800 gts
