sounds like a custom built & with all of that I would say $1,600 ish, would be fair, but I,m not a real computer xpert , my bf is teaching me about this stuff though & its preety cool .2 b able 2 design a computer just 2 suit your personal needs.I like that.
Okay, well first of all, there are a few other things I need to know. What is this motherboard, and what do you mean special edition that can change processors? If you mean you can upgrade the processor, any motherboard can do that, if you mean something else, I have no idea what you're talking about so could you elaborate. Also, it really matters what the video card is. The fact that it's 512MB doesn't mean much.
Off-hand, I'd say ~$850 or so. Though that could vary hundreds based on what comes out as the answers to those questions.

Okay on the video card, it really matters what exactly the video card is. There is a HUGE difference between cards in the X1900 range and the X1300 range. X1300s are really pretty bad, where as X1900s are quite good. Ask what exactly the card is.
My $850 is what you should expect to pay for it from a small manufacturer or from a single person. From Dell, something like that would be a little more. Again though, depending on the video card, that could go up or down.
$400-$500 u.s. cash... no more
Motherboard and Processor $200base (maybe more depending on type and brand of motherboard)
2GB of DDR2 Ram $75
320GB HDD $80
SoundBlaster 24bit $50
Case and PSU $50
DVD burner $35
Windows XP $80-$100 depending on home or pro version
Video card --> Need to know the type so can't help you on that.
Total I would expect to pay with warranty and setup :
$500-$600 without the video card and the video card would probably add about $50-$200 depending on type and speed. It is unlikely to be more than $200 card because 480W power supply wouldn't support the fastest (most expensive) cards.
Having said that, those prices are 'build it yourself' prices. If you are getting it in a store expect to pay a lot more
