Good overcloking....?
Answers:
Overclocking is best left to enthusiasts who understand the ramifications of doing so. If you do not understand what you are doing, why, and how to mitigate the potential issues, I recommend you do not overclock. Overclocking only typically yields small percentage gains over stock settings, and you will likely not see the kind of performance increase you are looking for.
The risks invloved with overclocking are unpredictable system behavior, *decreased* system performance, damage to overclocked components, system-wide heat damage and data loss.
Any time you overclock, one of the most important things is to make sure your cooling setup is more than adequate. You have to make sure you are getting the heat away from the components, as well as getting the heat out of the case. Fans, improved heat sinks, liquid cooling systems all will help. Whether it is necessary depends on the behavior of your components, which you have to understand from the onboard thermal sensors or external measurements.
I wouldnt reccomend oveclocking on anything other then a core 2 duo processor, and your motherboard doesn't seem high quality enough to even allow or be able to handle an over clock.
