Sounds like you either have a virus, or a lot of spyware/malware. Download/Run your anti-virus solution, download/run your spyware solution. Adaware and spybot are good spyware removal tools, AVG is a good anti-virus if you have neither. All are free and should help with your computers slowness. If that doesn't help, a good old format and re-install will do the trick.
Buy your own computer - run Avast AntiVirus along with Spybot Search and Distroy. It'll run like a top!
