After trying to decipher your question :) Try the following...
1. Open up Display Properties (Right-click the desktop and choose Properties) or open from Control Panel.
2. Click the Desktop tab.
3. Click Customize Desktop
4. Click the Web tab.
5. Untick and/or delete any entries in the 'Web pages' box.
6. Click OK.
