512MB USB Flash Drive insists that it only has 35MB left when it is empty! Help?
It's completely empty, but is insisting that it has only 35MB of free space and thus won't let me put anything in.
I've tried it on 3 different computers and the same problem occurs.
Please help?

Have you formatted it?
Its cheating you...he he he
I have had this happen before, just reformat it and you will see the full size back.
This drive, if I read correctly from Sandisk's site, comes with some trial software. Make sure under view that you choose to see hidden files. Check windows help if necessary to accomplish this since I don't know what version you are running. You may have some there that are hidden to keep you from deleting them. If not, then I would echo the recommendation to try and format the drive. If this doesn't work call the tech support number for Sandisk and see if they can walk you through it or determine if you got a bad drive.
