In the main memory every byte has an address. Where does it get stored? How address can be accessed?

Answers:
It usually gets stored in the memory register caches located in the CPU (usually the L1 and L2 cache for newer CPU versions). The address can be accessed by fetching the data from the location of the memory bytes needed.
