i have one of those Chinese 32GB USB flash disks .. Problem is files get corrupted every time i transfer any data to it and when i do next time i replugin the flash the datas gone but in the properties section the amount of disk space present is still there but the files aren't ...

Answers:
Remove what files you can, if you can salvage them, and then connect it to the pc. Go to my computer and right click on that usb drive. Do a FULL format to it.
What this does is reformats and marks any bad sectors as bad so that data is not written to them. This should help a great deal.
Now test it out.
